For what ages are the craft kits appropriate?

Our craft kits are designed for children ages 3-8. However, we have 10 years old kids in our panel of kid testers who enjoy some craft kits as much as the younger children. We recommend different level of parental guidance as you guide your little ones along in doing the activities.

Order & Payment Questions

Can I make payment by credit card if I do not have a PayPal account?

Yes, you can! We are using the PayPal payment platform to accept payments. PayPal accepts credit card payments even if you do not have a PayPal account. Select the option “I do not have a PayPal account” at the PayPal payment page to make payment by credit card. You will NOT incur any additional charges or fees for the transaction.

Can I make payment by ATM transfer or Internet Banking?

Yes, you can! Simply select the "Bank Transfer Payment" option at Checkout page under Payment Information. Please note that ATM Transfer and Internet Banking are currently only available for customers in Singapore. Once you have made the payment, please inform us via email at aloha@littletreasurebox.com.sg and we will process your order upon the receipt of your payment.

How do I check the status of my order?

We will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order and payment. You may want to add aloha@littletreasurebox.com.sg in your address book so that our emails will not be sent to your junk mailbox.

What are the shipping methods?

All Items will be shipped free via SingPost Non Standard mail. We are pleased to offer free SingPost Registered Mail for orders above SGD100. For orders below SGD100, customers may select the "Registered Mail" option at the Checkout page for an additional fee of SGD2.50 to ensure hassle free delivery. We strongly encourage you to use the registered mail services to prevent your items getting lost.

When can I expect to receive my purchases?

We will process your  order within 1-2 working days (Mon - Fri) and SingPost will normally take 2-5 working days (depending on peak/non-peak/festive season) to send you your  purchases.

What if no one is around to receive the parcel?

If there is no one is around to receive the parcel, the postman will place a collection card in your mail box or at your door step. You can collect the parcel at the post office indicated in the collection card. Please bring along your identification that matched your shipping address during collection.

If the parcel is not picked up from the post office within the number of days indicated in the white collection card, it will be returned to us. We may impose a re-delivery charge in the case of non pick up and wrong address provided.

What should I do if I suspect my parcel is lost in the mail transit?

For SingPost Non Standard mails, you may call SingPost hotline 1605 to check for items with your address which are processing at the Post Office. We strongly encourage you to use the registered mail services to prevent your purchases getting lost.

What should I do if I am an international customer?

Little Treasure Box ships all products to all the rest of the world for an additional shipping charge. Although we can deliver to most other destinations, we do not have a standard list of delivery charges as these can vary. Thus, please email us at aloha@littletreasurebox.com.sg and we will be glad to help you out on!
